Our Team
Paul Filinson
CEO
Paul started IMI in 1998 and is still fully involved in its day-to-day operations. Fascinated by the creation process, his passion has always been supporting creatives in bringing their vision to life. When not working on one of his businesses, Paul can be found writing or recording music and spending time with family.
Mona Anastas
Managing Director
Mona keeps the wheels turning at IMI. She manages all IMI operations by building relationships and driving constant improvement across every company level. Mona grew up in Los Angeles and enjoys photography, design, self-development, and attending concerts.
Ariel Anastas
Accounting
Ariel is the numbers specialist. She oversees IMI’s day-to-day accounting and payment processing operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. When not immersed in spreadsheets, you’ll find her exploring the countryside, coming up with new recipes, or tending to her cats.
Yulia Clack
Producer
Yulia brings a unique perspective to IMI, leading production teams to successful project delivery with experience gleaned from her years working on numerous media and events projects in Ukraine. A lifelong learner, Yulia is an entrepreneur at heart and is always up for a good challenge.
